How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are typically shipped the same business day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Due to fast processing times, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once placed.

Do you offer refunds?

Orders not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund. Once shipped, all sales are final due to the nature of research materials.

Do I need to be a researcher to order?

Yes. By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research entity and understand proper handling procedures.

Do you verify orders?

Yes. Some orders may require verification, especially high-value or high-volume purchases. Orders may be held until verification is completed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly via FedEx or UPS.
