1. Shipping Methods

At OrganicLab Peptides, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. All shipments are handled through trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Each day, selected orders may receive a complimentary shipping upgrade at no additional cost.

2. Processing & Cutoff Times

We prioritize fast order handling and aim to ship qualifying orders on the same business day.

  • Standard Orders: placed before 1:00 PM EST (Miami time), Monday through Friday
  • Priority Processing Orders: placed before 2:00 PM EST (Miami time), Monday through Friday

Orders placed after the cutoff time, or during weekends and federal holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. All orders are processed Monday through Friday only.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier’s website, either FedEx or UPS, to follow your package.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays, please contact us at contact@organiclabpeptides.com.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@organiclabpeptides.com.

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be fulfilled once an order has been placed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products as research-grade materials, we maintain a strict refund policy.

  • Orders not yet shipped: eligible for a full refund upon request
  • Orders already shipped or delivered: not eligible for refund

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded. Research materials cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at contact@organiclabpeptides.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide the financial institution with:

  • Proof of delivery and tracking information
  • Order confirmation and transaction records
  • Communication history
  • Terms of Service and Refund Policy acceptance at checkout

8. Policy Changes

Shipping policies, methods, and rates, including free shipping, may change at any time without prior notice.
